Delete your account

You can do this at any time, with or without the app.

In the app

1. Open Fariin and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Without the app

If you cannot open Fariin, write to support@fariin.com from the email address on your account, or include your username, and ask for your account to be deleted. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason. Never send your password or a sign-in code.

What happens next

• We wait thirty days before erasing anything, so a deletion made by accident can be undone. Signing back in during those thirty days cancels it.
• After thirty days we erase your profile, your stories and their media, your profile photo, your account record and your sign-in details.
• Messages you already sent stay on the phones of the people you sent them to, the way a letter stays with whoever received it.
